How long will my order take?
3–5 business days to process, then 8–12 business days in transit — 11–17 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
What does shipping cost?
$7.95 flat. Free once your order total after discounts reaches $60.
Where does my order ship from?
From our manufacturing partner's warehouse in China, by USPS or FedEx. Not from a U.S. warehouse.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Yes. Those orders go by USPS, since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Is there a cut-off time?
6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday. Orders after that start processing on the next business day.
Sizes and colors
What sizes do you carry?
The everyday dresses run Small to XX-Large, with X-Small on the wrap dress. The occasion dresses run Large to 4X-Large Plus, with 5X-Large Plus on the asymmetrical cocktail dress.
Will the color match the photo?
Each color is photographed on its own, so the picture is of that color. Screens vary, so a shade can read slightly differently in person.
Do you have measurements?
We do not publish a measurement chart on the product pages yet. Email us the dress and the size you are considering and we will send you the manufacturer's measurements before you order.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have?
30 days from the day your order is delivered.
Who pays return shipping?
We do. Email us and we send a prepaid label. No restocking fee.
When do I get my money?
We issue the refund 5–7 business days after the warehouse receives the parcel. Your bank or card issuer then takes another 3–10 business days to post it.
Do I get the $7.95 shipping back?
Not if you simply changed your mind. Yes, if the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Can I cancel?
Within 24 hours of ordering, yes. After that the order is with the warehouse and has to be handled as a return.
Payment
Will I be charged import duties on delivery?
No. Import duties are already in the price.
What about sales tax?
Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
