Who you are buying from

Orders and prices

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery address. We will tell you by email if that happens.

Products, colors and sizes

We describe each dress by what you can see and what our supplier confirms: neckline, sleeve, silhouette, length, color and size range. Screens render color differently, so a shade may read slightly differently in person. We do not publish measurement charts on the product pages; email us and we will send you the manufacturer's measurements for a specific dress before you order.

Shipping and returns

Delivery windows, costs and the areas we serve are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return rights, timings and the returns address are in our Refund & Returns page. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Our content

The mirevav name, site text, layout and graphics belong to LUMIVELLE BEAUTY LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written agreement.

Limits

We provide the site as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under U.S. consumer law that cannot be limited by contract. Where we are liable, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. We would rather settle a problem by email than anywhere else — write to support@mirevav.com first.
